The Garden Town of the North

Iroquois Falls, nestled along the Abitibi River in Northern Ontario, is known as The Garden Town of the North for its picturesque flower beds and beautifully planned community. Located just off Highway 11, Iroquois Falls is an hour northeast of Timmins and easily accessible from major cities like Ottawa, North Bay, and Toronto. Established in 1912 on the property of a forestry company as Northern Ontario's Original Model Town, Iroquois Falls boasts a relaxing, affordable way of life centred around the outdoors–complete with spacious parks, recreation grounds, and tree-lined boulevards originally built to support its forestry industry roots.

Today, the town offers an array of activities, including snowmobiling on the Jackpine Snowmobile Club trails, cross-country skiing, fishing derbies and golf, with Kettle Lakes Provincial Park just 40 minutes away. Iroquois Falls provides a blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage, and small-town charm that make it an unforgettable destination.
